The Restaurant Group are seeking for a friendly and professional bartenders to join its team in Heathrow Airport. The purpose of this role is to create unforgettable guest experience and provide excellent hospitality to the guests, no matter what time they are dining.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring excellent and professional service at all times
- Helping the bar team, ensuring no guest is kept waiting
- Reporting items running low to the kitchen and re-stocking
- Being knowledgeable of and operating within appropriate outlet and liquor licensing guidelines and Lounge Management Policies
- Replenishing stock as required
- Other duties as required and outlined by the Food & Beverage manager and supervisor
- Ensuring food and beverage waste is kept to a minimum
- Establishing ongoing On Job Training Programmes within the department to meet Brand and Service Standards
- Using Department Procedure Manuals as a base for all service procedures training
- Inducting new staff into the team
- Openly communicating with staff ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is passed on.
