Supervisor

Paul Smith are seeking a Supervisor to join their team. As a Supervisor you will embody and demonstrate Paul Smith values, be an ambassador for the brand providing an above and beyond experience to ensure unique customer interaction. You will develop and maintain excellent customer relationships while promoting the band image and culture, keeping customers up to date with Paul Smith collaborations and shop events, engaging them with the Paul Smith brand.

As a Supervisor your key responsibilities include:

• Maximising all sales and customer opportunities to meet and exceed your personal sales targets, in turn driving your stores KPI and Sales performance 
• Using in-store technology to enhance the client experience to efficiently process transactions and payments. Also undertaking end of day till procedures when necessary
• Taking initiative and care with stock related duties, including delivery processing, customer orders, store to store transfers, end of season returns and stock takes
• Ensuring visual presentation, store maintenance and housekeeping is kept to company standards, both on and off the shop floor

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within the fashion/retail environment. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:
