Client Advisor

About The Role

Louis Vuitton are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Client Advisor to join their team. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. Similarly, the role will involve striving to discover Clients’ every need, and to guide them across the Brand. The Client Advisor will proactively reach out to Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals
 
 Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing a warm and personalised welcome to every client
  • Offering expert product knowledge across all Louis Vuitton collections, including Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Accessories, Watches, and Fine Jewellery
  • Building long-term client relationships and developing a loyal customer portfolio
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
  • Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising, stock control, and operational standards within a fast-paced airport retail environment

About You

We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in premium customer-facing environments and are motivated by delivering exceptional service

You will have:

  • Candidates MUST have a background in retail (e.g. WDF etc is fine)
  • Great personality and conversational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, aviation customer service, or a target-driven sales environment
  • A genuine passion for luxury fashion and the Louis Vuitton brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, or French would be advantageous
  • A proactive, resilient, and sales-focused approach to customer interactions
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
The ability to successfully pass UK airport security vetting and reference 
 
Shift Pattern
  • Late: 12:00 to 22:15
  • Early (T2 & T5): 05:15 to 15:30
  • Early (T3 & T4): 05:45 to 16:00
  • M1: 07:00 to 17:15
  • M2: 10:15 to 20:30
  • M3: 11:00 to 21:15
  • Late: 12:00 to 22:15
