Bartender

As a Bartender with The Restaurant Group (TRG), you'll create unforgettable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service from the moment guests arrive. You'll provide warm welcomes, make drink recommendations, prepare and serve beverages to a high standard, and ensure the bar is always clean, organised, and guest-ready

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering friendly and professional customer service
• Preparing and serving drinks efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation behind the bar
• Providing product knowledge and drink recommendations
• Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of a busy airport team
• Ensuring guests receive a memorable experience every time they visit

You'll be someone who can provide excellent hospitality no matter what time guests are dining with us. Airport shifts can start as early as 3:00am, but early starts often mean early finishes

• Willingness to undertake a criminal record check as part of the airport security clearance process
