Host

As a Host with The Restaurant Group (TRG),  you'll create unforgettable guest experiences and play a key role in ensuring every guest's journey starts positively. Working in our busy airport environment, you'll deliver warm welcomes, manage guest queues during peak periods, and help create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Managing queues effectively during busy periods
• Working closely with team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining high standards and a positive attitude throughout your shift
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellent hospitality

You'll be someone who can provide outstanding service no matter what time guests are dining with us. Airport shifts can start as early as 3:00am, but early starts mean early finishes

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a busy airport environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early starts from 3:00am
• Ability to provide a full 5-year work, education, or personal reference history
• Willingness to undertake a criminal record check as part of the airport security clearance process
