Head Bartender

Fortnum and Mason are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead our bar operation at Heathrow Terminal 3.

As Head Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards, maintaining product quality, and supporting the development of the bar team. You will lead by example, creating memorable guest experiences while demonstrating extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Head Bartender, Senior Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or Assistant Bar Manager within a premium hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service
• Experience supervising or leading a bar team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Experience managing stock, ordering, and inventory controls
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales and guest satisfaction
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and airport operational requirements
